Growing up.

He will still be my Adam. He will be starting his new chapter when he goes to secondary school this Friday. I really hope he will enjoy every moment of his life there. I had a terrible time in secondary school and I would not want to wish that on anybody. We took pains to make decisions together and I hope he will see as to how we come to that point in our lives, together.

In the meantime, he is at home being irritated by the younger one. But being the good brother that he is, he is forever being accommodating.

The picture shows him cradling his brother and teaching him how to best play with the new, preloved toy kakak wawa gave. He is such a good brother... Whether he knows it or not.

Exam fever.

Today is the first day of his final Prelims. He had to miss it as he is running a high fever. Sigh. And he works so hard for it.

Anyway, to work it all out, or to bring out the sweat, he played with his younger brother out in front. My concerned neighbour asked on his well being.

Oh well, spirits is willing, flesh is weak.

This is him. I took this pic in the middle of our study session. I guess he needed the break, thus his facial expression, more to elicit laughter from the rest than anything else. He will be seating for his PSLE soon. I, however, am glad to see him notching up a gear or two in his revision.

Su's relative came by for a visit during Chinese New Year. Amna, who is less than a month older than Idris was enjoying the attention. It seems that Adam loves children, but yes, as with many things and with many people, he can get easily bored.

This is his PSLE year, so I guess he has been quite busy with his revision. This is a picture of him explaining to a tuition mate on how to solve a math problem. He seems to enjoy being in a tuition group. I can sense that the others are as well.. All the best! From Abah.
